Services
MKScaling provides paid media management services (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and website build services for businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Minimum Commitment
Retainer services (Meta Growth, Full Funnel, Scale Enterprise) require a minimum 3-month commitment. Cancellation before the end of the minimum term may result in an early termination fee equivalent to one month's retainer.
Payment
Payment is due monthly in advance. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. Late payment may result in pausing of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Ad Spend
Ad spend is separate from our management fee and is paid directly by the client to the relevant ad platform (Meta, Google). Minimum ad spend thresholds apply per plan as outlined on our pricing page.
Results Disclaimer
We apply industry best practices and optimise campaigns for the strongest possible return on ad spend (ROAS). However, we cannot guarantee specific results. Performance is influenced by factors outside our control including market conditions, product quality, and ad platform algorithms.
Intellectual Property
Any creatives, strategies, or materials produced by MKScaling during your engagement remain the property of MKScaling until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
